Spanish engineering firm Actividades de Construccion y Servicios (ACSAF) says French toll-road operator Vinci (VCISY) made a non-binding offer to buy its industrial division for ~€5.2B ($6.1B).ACS says it will carry out due diligence over the coming months, and it will carve out assets not to be sold to Vinci, including renewable energy unit Zero-E.Shares in ACS surged by as much as 17% in Madrid, and Vinci rose as much as 1.6% in Paris.
