Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, Acurx Pharmaceuticals ( NASDAQ: ACXP ) entered agreement with a single healthcare-focused U.S. institutional investor and certain executives of the company for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 1.29M shares (which includes 130,769 pre-funded warrants) at $3.25 per share (or $3.2499 per pre-funded warrant) for the U.S. institutional investor and $3.80 per share for the company's executives.
