Vancouver, B.C. - TheNewswire - June 22, 2021 - Adamera MineralsCorp. (“Adamera” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ADZ ) ( OTC:DDNFF) is seeking approval fromthe TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of certain warrants whichwould otherwise expire on July 11, 2021.
4,166,667 warrants granted on July 11, 2018, with the original expirydate of July 11, 2021, are now extended to expire on January 11, 2022,with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share ofthe Company at $0.12 per share. The warrants are still subject to anaccelerated expiry date, which comes into effect when the price of theCompany's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange closes at a priceof $0.20 or more per share during any ten consecutive trading dayperiod. In such an event, the expiry date will be accelerated to adate that is 30 days after the Company's shares trade for tenconsecutive days at or above $0.20.
