Adams Resources & Energy ( NYSE: AE ) on Tuesday announced that it would buy back all its shares owned by KSA Industries, its largest stockholder. Adams paid ~$70M for 1,942,433 shares, or $36 per share, which represents about 44.2% of the total shares outstanding Once transaction closes, Adams will have 2,452,404 shares of common stock outstanding.
