ADT - ADT indirect subsidiary proposes $1B notes offering

The ADT Security (('ADTSC')), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of security and smart home solutions provider ADT (ADT), has proposed an offering of $1B of first-priority senior secured notes due 2029.The offering will be exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.Proceeds from the offering, along with cash in hand, will be used to complete the full redemption of $1B aggregate principal amount of the company's outstanding 3.500% Senior Notes due 2022.ADT shares down 0.77% premarket
