ADT - ADT promotes Ken Porpora to CFO

• ADT ( NYSE: ADT ) has announced two changes to its executive leadership team, with Ken Porpora promoted to EVP and CFO.
• Porpora succeeds Jeff Likosar, who has been named President, Corporate Development and Chief Transformation Officer, after serving over five years as ADT's CFO.
• In the new role, Porpora will oversee all finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, operational finance, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, and investor relations.
• Likosar, meanwhile, will oversee corporate strategy, business development, partnerships, pricing and product strategy, and organizational transformation as part of the newly created role.
