ADT - ADT to buy Sunpro Solar in $825M cash and stock deal
ADT Inc.
ADT (NYSE:ADT) agrees to acquire solar panel installer Sunpro Solar in a cash and stock deal valued at $825M, consisting of $160M in cash plus ~77.8M ADT common shares. ADT will rebrand Sunpro to ADT Solar and enter the rooftop solar business. ADT expects the deal will be positive to EBITDA and free cash flow immediately and accretive to EPS within the first 12 months, prior to any synergy realization.
