AGLE - Aeglea Biotherapeutics CFO Charles York to step down

Aeglea BioTherapeutics (AGLE) announces that the company's chief financial officer, Charles York, will be stepping down from his role effective February 12, 2021.Aeglea has initiated a search process to identify a new chief financial officer. York is making the move to take up the role of chief operating officer and chief financial officer at an emerging oncology company, Aeglea said.The company also said that Steven Weber, vice president and corporate controller, has been appointed to serve as principal accounting officer and will assume certain key financial responsibilities for Aeglea.
