ASLE - AerSale announces cashless redemption of public warrants

AerSale (NASDAQ:ASLE) trades 1.8% higher premarket after it has elected to redeem all of its public warrants to purchase shares that were issued under the Warrant Agreement, dated as of Feb.6, 2019, for redemption price of $0.01 per Public Warrant. The Public Warrants are listed on Nasdaq under the symbol “ASLEW.” Under agreement terms, AerSale is entitled to redeem all of the outstanding Public Warrants if the last reported sale price of Common Stock equals or exceeds $18/share for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which redemption notice is given. Cashless redemption reflects AerSale's strong balance sheet and confidence in its business outlook. Public warrants will stop trading on Nasdaq on the redemption date.
