AerSale ( NASDAQ: ASLE ) has announced a secondary offering of 4.25M shares of its common stock by some of its stockholders, including affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners.
The sellers expect to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 637,500 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions.
All proceeds from the sale will go to the selling stockholders.
