ASLE - AerSale launches underwritten secondary offering

• Aviation products and services company AerSale ( NASDAQ: ASLE ) said on Tuesday that it is launching an underwritten secondary offering.
• Some of the company's shareholders, including affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners, intend to offer 4M shares for sale.
• The shares are intended to be offered from time to time in one or more transactions on the Nasdaq Capital Market, in the over-the-counter market, through negotiated transactions or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices.
• The selling shareholders are set to receive all the proceeds from the offering.
