AGCO (AGCO) declares $0.20/share quarterly dividend, 25% increase from prior dividend of $0.16.Forward yield 0.54%Payable June 15; for shareholders of record May 14; ex-div May 13.In addition, the board declared variable special dividend of $4.0 per share, payable on June 1; for shareholders of record May 10; ex-div May 7.Also, AGCO will be reinstating share repurchases in 2021.
