AGIL - AgileThought prices public offering at $7.00 per share

AgileThought (NASDAQ:AGIL) announces the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,560,710 shares of its Class A Common Stock at $7.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 534,106 additional shares of Class A Common Stock. AgileThought intends to use 60% of the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of its outstanding indebtedness, and the remainder will be used for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on or about December 27, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Shares flat premarket.
