AIRI - Air Industries gains premarket on $8.3M deals for to manufacture Blackhawk chopper parts

Air Industries (NYSE:AIRI) stock rose 4.2% premarket Thursday after the firm's unit Air Industries Machining was awarded two long-term agreements to manufacture flight-critical assemblies for the Blackhawk helicopter. The estimated value of the LTAs is ~$8.3M over their five-year terms. "Together with the orders previously announced, this represents an estimated $28.9M in components for Blackhawk helicopters over the life of the agreements," said AIRI CEO Lou Melluzzo.
