AJINY - Ajinomoto Cambrooke acquires Nualtra Limited

Ajinomoto Cambrooke a wholly owned subsidiary of Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, member of The Ajinomoto Group (AJINY) has acquired Nualtra Limited, a medical nutrition company offering life-enhancing oral nutritional supplements in the UK and Ireland The acquisition expands company's medical nutrition portfolio. Deal value not disclosed. Nualtra has been the fastest-growing oral nutrition supplement provider in the UK and Ireland for several years through its focus on creating the best experience for patients with, or at risk from, disease-related malnutrition. Nualtra’s Chief Executive Officer Mark Lane said of the acquisition, “By leveraging the capabilities of Cambrooke, Ajinomoto and Nualtra, we will strengthen our ability to better serve the needs of our customers and health care professionals. We received several strong offers for our business, but Cambrooke was the obvious choice for everyone involved.”
