- Akso Health Group ( NASDAQ: AHG ) has received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market related to its delayed filing of Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2022 on Form 20-F.
- As a result, the company is in non-compliance with the timely filing requirement for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rules 5250(c)(1).
- It now has up to 60 calendar days to either cure the deficiency or to submit a plan to Nasdaq showing how it plans to regain compliance.
- If the plan is accepted, Nasdaq can grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the filing's due date, or until February 13, 2023, to regain compliance.
