ALRM - Alarm.com prices upsized $435M 0% convertible senior notes offering

Alarm.com (ALRM) has priced upsized $435M (from $350M) of 0% convertible senior unsecured notes due January 15, 2026 in a private placement. Initial purchasers granted an option to purchase up to an additional $65M of notes.Offering is expected to close on January 20. Net proceeds to be ~$421.3M (or ~$484.3M if the initial purchasers exercise their option) and expects to use it to repay all outstanding borrowings under credit agreement and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.Previously: Alarm.com proposes $350M private placement of convertible senior notes (Jan. 13)
