ATNI - Alaska Communications holders approve acquisition by ATN International

Alaska Communications (ALSK) shareholders have approved its acquisition by ATN International (ATNI). The holders approved a plan of merger between Alaska Communications and a newly formed entity made by ATN and its financial partner Freedom 3 Capital which will make Alaska Comms a consolidated, majority owned and operated subsidiary of ATN.
