  • Parker will succeed CEO Christopher Benjamin, who will retire on June 30.
  • Benjamin will serve as a consultant through the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Late last year, Alexander & Baldwin ( ALEX ) appointed Parker to the additional role of president .
