As previously announced, Ali Dibadj has joined Janus Henderson Group (NYSE:JHG) as Chief Executive Officer succeeding CFO Roger Thompson, who had served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from 1 April 2022 to 20 June 2022. Mr. Thompson will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Mr. Dibadj has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors.
