Alight Inc. ( NYSE: ALIT ) fell 5% on a report that Thomas H. Lee Partners is offering a block of 11.4 million shares.
The block is being offered at $8.15 via JPMorgan and Credit Suisse, according to traders, who cited a Bloomberg report. The price is a 7.8% discount to Wednesday's close.
Thomas H. Lee held 22.8 million Alight ( ALIT ) share as of the end of September and was among the company's top 10 holders.
Alight ( ALIT ) short interest is 6.9%.
In November the human capital technology and services provider priced an underwritten secondary public offering of 20M shares of its Class A common stock at $7.75/share.
