Alimentation Couche-Tard (OTCPK:ANCTF) announced on Friday that it has received approval to renew its C$4.6B buyback program. That allows the company to repurchase up to 79,703,614 shares, representing 10% of its public float. The program replaces current buyback plan that will expire on Apr. 25, 2022, authorizing Couche-Tard to repurchase for cancellation up to 46,806,328 shares.
