- Allena Pharmaceuticals ( NASDAQ: ALNA ) on Tuesday said it had rescheduled its special meeting to consider and approve a reverse stock split of its common shares.
- ALNA stock has lost 16.5% to $0.18 in morning trading.
- The special meeting had been scheduled for today. ALNA did not give any reasons for the rescheduling decision.
