AB - AllianceBernstein reports 3.9% increase in April AUM

AllianceBernstein (AB) reported a 3.9% increase in April assets under management to $724B from $697B at the end of March, led by Institutions, Retail, and Private Wealth, coupled with market appreciation.During the month, the firm experienced inflows to its low-fee Customized Retirement Strategies platform of $3.1B. April month-end AUM also indicated $0.9B of outflows resulting from AXA S.A's ongoing redemption of certain low-fee fixed income mandates, of which ~$1B remains outstanding, the majority of which is expected in Q2.
