AMOT - Allied Motion acquires Airex; terms undisclosed

Allied Motion Technologies Inc.
Allied Motion Technologies (NASDAQ:AMOT) has acquired Somersworth, New Hampshire-based electromagnetic components provider, Airex. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Established in 1950, Airex is a third generation-owned company that provides electromagnetic components and solutions for aerospace/defense, life sciences, semiconductor and other commercial industrial applications. The acquisition expands Allied's (AMOT) motor offerings. The business is also expected to be accretive to both Allied's (AMOT) margin profile and EPS in the first year.
