ALIZF - Alllianz unveils increases EPS growth target in new three-year plan
Insurer and asset manager Allianz (OTCPK:ALIZF +1.1%) boosts its profitability targets as it focuses on bolstering scale in its 2022-'24 strategic outlook. The company targets annual EPS growth of 5-7%, up from the previous target of 5%, and aims for at least 13% return on equity. It also implements a new dividend policy that seeks to offer a dividend per share of a 50% payout ratio or a 5% increase from the previous year's dividend, whichever is higher. The three-year strategy is made up of five elements: transforming its Life & Health and asset management franchises; strengthening its leadership position in key Property & Casualty markets; increasing growth through scalable platforms; deepening global vertical integration of operating models; and reinforcing capital productivity and resilience. Over the three years, Allianz (OTCPK:ALIZF) expects to generate EUR 12B of excess capital through its operational plans. Earlier, Allianz agrees to reinsure $35B in liabilities
