ALL - Allstate sees closing National General deal Jan. 4 if it gets regulatory approvals soon

Allstate ([[ALL]] +0.3%) expects its $4B acquisition of National General (NGHC) to close on or about Jan. 4, 2021, if it gets all insurance regulatory approvals by the end of December, the company said in an SEC filing.If the approval aren't obtained by then, the transaction is expected to close sometime in early 2021, the company said.Allstate's National General acquisition will be much larger than any in the past 10 years, according to its annual cash flow statements:
