ALNY - Alnylam Pharma director Amy Schulman assumes role of chair of the board
Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Alnylam Pharmaceuticals ( NASDAQ: ALNY ) on Thursday said lead independent director Amy Schulman will assume the role of chair of the board from Michael Bonney.
Bonney will continue on the board as a non-independent director.
Bonney had been serving an interim role as executive chair for just over a year, ALNY said in a statement .
The company also said it had appointed Nobel laureate Carolyn Bertozzi to the board.
