ALPP - Alpine 4 Holdings gets Nasdaq noncompliance notice for not filing reports with SEC

Alpine 4 Holdings ( NASDAQ: ALPP ) said Friday it got a notice from Nasdaq indicating that the company is not in compliance with a certain listing rule.
The company is in noncompliance as a result of not having filed in a timely manner the 2022 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the SEC.
The company said it is required to submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance with respect to the filing requirement.
The company said there is no assurance that it will file the Form 10-Q or the Form 10-K by any particular date or that Nasdaq will accept any plan that the Company may submit.
