ALTG - Alta Equipment prices upsized $315M senior notes offering

Alta Equipment ([[ALTG]] +4.8%) priced its upsized $315M (vs. $300M earlier) in principal amount of its 5.625% senior secured second lien notes due 2026 in a private offering.Offering expected to close on Apr.1.Along with offer closing, it expects to refinance the company's senior credit obligations by entering into a $350M amended and restated credit agreement and a $40M amended and restated floor plan financing agreement.Net proceeds along with proceeds of new borrowings under the First Lien Facilities to be used for repaying certain of its current outstanding indebtedness and if any remaining for general corporate purposes.
