AMPS - Altus Power buys Southern California solar assets from Apollo

Altus Power ( NYSE: AMPS ) said Wednesday it acquired 4.4 MW of operating solar assets in Southern California from funds managed by Apollo Global Management ( APO ); financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said the portfolio includes rooftop, carport and ground-mounted solar arrays which will deliver power under long-term contracts to HP Inc., Keysight Technologies and a local municipality.

The assets add to the 112 MW that Altus Power ( AMPS ) currently owns and operates in California.
