  • AMC Networks ( NASDAQ: AMCX ) announced on Thursday the termination of cash tender offers for senior notes due 2024 and 2025.
  • No notes will be purchased in the offers as a result of the financing condition (as defined in the offer to purchase) not having been satisfied.
  • The offer called for purchase of up to $800M aggregate principal amount of AMC Networks' outstanding 5.00% Senior Notes due 2024 and 4.75% Senior Notes due 2025.
  • All notes validly tendered (and not validly withdrawn) will be returned to tendering holders.
