AMNNF - Amcomri Entertainment receives failure-to-file cease trade order

• Amcomri Entertainment ( OTCQB:AMNNF ) said on Monday that the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission has issued a failure-to-file cease trade order against the company.
• The move comes considering the entertainment company's failure to file its FY22 audited financial statements, management discussion and analysis, annual information form and related officer certifications on or before March 31.
• The company said it believes that it will be able to complete the required filings by April 14.
