• American Aires ( OTCPK:AAIRF ) to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of 1 post-consolidation share for each 10 pre-consolidation shares effective September 18, 2023 - the record date.

• The company’s name and trading symbol will remain the unchanged.
• The proposed consolidation will reduce shares from 166,600,453 to ~16,660,045 shares.
• The common shares are expected to begin trading on a post-share consolidation basis on the CSE when markets open on September 15, 2023.
