AFINP - American Finance Trust Preferred Shares: Excellent Value For Money With A 7.15% Yield To Call And 500% Coverage Ratio

• American Finance Trust collected 100% of the rent in April and May. It seems to have left the COVID pandemic behind.
• The reported FFO in Q1 2021 was lower than last year, but this was caused by a higher amount of preferred dividends.
• The preferred dividends have a coverage ratio of 500% based on FFO plus preferred dividends as payment capability.
• I have a long position in AFINO, which has a yield to worst of about 7.15% until December 2025.
