AMS - American Shared Hospital Services names new CEO to search new CFO

• American Shared Hospital Services ( NYSE: AMS ) appointed Peter Gaccione as CEO, effective Mar.7, 2023; currently he serves as COO.
• Ray Stachowiak will become the company’s Executive Chairman; he has served as CEO since October 2020 and earlier served as Interim President and CEO from May 2020.
• The company will commence search operations for new CFO.
• Craig Tagawa will remain President, a position he has held since October 2020 and will also remain CFO, a position he has held since 1992, until a successor has been appointed.
