Amerigo Resources (OTCQX:ARREF) will buy back up to 10.75M  common shares after the Toronto Stock Exchange accepted  the company's application for a normal course issuer bid. The company will buy back up to 10.75M shares (representing 6.14% of its 174,936,288 outstanding shares as at November 29, 2021) over 12 months starting Dec. 2, 2021 and terminate no later than December 1, 2022. The company had recently retired more than 7.1M common shares.
