AmerisourceBergen ( NYSE: ABC ) has agreed to repurchase 275,984 shares of the Company’s common stock from Walgreens Boots Alliance Holdings LLC, Selling Stockholder for ~$50M.
The repurchase is expected to close on June 20, 2023.
The Repurchase is being made under the Company’s share repurchase program and the repurchased shares will be held in treasury.
