ANGI Homeservices (ANGI) notes in a filing that Chief Financial Officer Jamie Cohen is resigning that position and those she holds with each subsidiary, effective Dec. 31. Cohen is pursuing an outside opportunity; she'll remain as an adviser through early 2021 to ensure a smooth transition.
