ANGI - Angi takes additional 20% interest in UK's MyBuilder

Angi (ANGI) has taken an additional 20% interest in its MyBuilder business - a UK marketplace for discovering service pros. Angi had taken an original 75% stake in MyBuilder in 2017. The company will record a one-time expense in connection with the deal in the quarter ending today, which will impact adjusted EBITDA and operating income by about $6M, it says.
