(TSXV:ANK ) and ( OTC:ANKOF) (“Angkor” or the “Company”) announces the Company has issued 5,100,000 common sharepurchase options (the "Options", and each an"Option") pursuant to the Company's stock option plan (the"Plan").
The Company issued 5,100,000 Options tocertain directors, officers, employees, and consultants of theCompany, who are eligible to receive the Options under the Plan. EachOption grants the holder the right to purchase one Common Share at apurchase price of $0.08 per Common Share for a period of 5 yearsfrom the date of issue. Accordingly, the Options expire July 25,2028.
