GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB - TheNewswire - April 27, 2022 - Angkor Resources Corp.(TSXV:ANK ) ( OTC:ANKOF) (“Angkor” or “theCompany”) is pleased to announce it hasretained Hybrid Financial Ltd. (“ Hybrid ”) to providemarketing services to the Company. Hybrid has been engaged toheighten market and brand awareness for Company Name and to broadenthe Company's reach within the investment community.
Hybrid has agreed to comply with all applicablesecurities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the“ TSXV ”) in providing the Services.
Hybrid has been engaged by the Company for an initialperiod of 6 months, starting April 25, 2022 (the “ Initial Term ”). It shall be renewed automatically for successive 3-month periodsthereafter (the “ RenewalTerm ”), unless terminated by the Company inaccordance with the Agreement. Hybrid will be paid a monthly fee of$15,000, plus applicable taxes, during the Initial Term.
