ANIP - ANI Pharma acquisition of Novitium cleared by FTC
ANI Pharmaceuticals Inc.
The Federal Trade Commission has granted clearance for ANI Pharma's (NASDAQ:ANIP) acquisition of Novitium Pharmaceuticals. As a condition of the acquisition, the companies are divesting two generic products. ANI says that divestiture will have no impact on its business. ANI expects the merger to complete on Nov. 18. The acquisition was originally announced March.
