ANIP - ANI Pharmaceuticals launches stock offering
ANI Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ANIP) trades 5% down after hours on announcing its intention to offer and sell shares in an underwritten public offering. Underwriters granted 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of shares. Offer size, terms not yet disclosed. Net proceeds to be used for funding its Cortrophin commercialization efforts, including, but not limited to, sales and marketing and consulting expenses related thereto, and for general corporate purposes.
