• Antelope Enterprise ( NASDAQ: AEHL ) closed a private placement financing with a select group of investors led by the Company's CEO, Mr. Weilai Zhang.
• The PIPE financing is for the sale of ~1.63M ordinary shares at a price per share of $0.80 as of January 10, 2023.
• The gross proceeds of the private placement are $1.3M.
