• The 2021 and 2022 bonds have now been redeemed.
• The cost of new debt and other arrangements will be offset by the savings engineered from debt discounts and share repurchases.
• Asset sales came within original projections.
• Costs were also reduced in line with much of the industry.
• Strong liquids prices are likely to greatly improve cash flow prospects for the current fiscal year.
