RC - Anworth Mortgage shareholders approve merger with Ready Capital

Ready Capital's (RC) acquisition of Anworth Mortgage Asset (ANH) is expected to close on March 19, after ANH shareholders approved the merger transaction.At a special meeting, ~52.58% of ANH's shares outstanding were voted, with ~95.24% of votes cast in favor of the merger.As a result of the transaction, ANH common stock is expected to be delisted from NYSE trading after the close of trading on March 19.
