Anything Technologies Media (EXMT) has named Lee Katterman as its new CEO, as it marks its CBD-focused transition into Alternative Wellness Health. He replaces Richard Wilson in the role. Katterman is president of hemp-product purveyor Sonoran Flower. Anything Technologies, which announced its name change last week, says it's working to change the ticker symbol of the company. The longtime penny stock plans for no reverse split of the common shares "in the foreseeable future."
