APM - Aptorum Group climbs 3% announces 1-for-10 reverse stock split
Aptorum Group ( NASDAQ: APM ) announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the company's shares, effective on January 23, 2023.
The shares are expected to commence trading on a split-adjusted basis when the markets open on January 23, 2023.
The reverse stock split was implemented with the objective of regaining compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement of Nasdaq.
Stock tumbles 3.3% during pre-market.
