- Aptose Biosciences ( NASDAQ: APTO ) has effected a reverse stock split on at a ratio of 15-to-1, effective at market open on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
- The company had previously announced that the reverse stock split, at a ratio in the range between 10-to-1 and 20-to-1, was approved at the Company’s annual and special meeting of shareholders.
- As a result of the reverse stock split, every 15 common shares issued and outstanding were automatically reclassified into one new Common Share.
